HR Business Partner -
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Business Partner to join this growing HR team based in Bedford. This is a Fixed Term Contract role paying up to c£50,000pa + car allowance + generous bonus potential. Your role will be to support the business through a significant change agenda by effectively delivering key HR projects.
It's really key that you have a commercial approach and can work with pace and pragmatism, helping the management team through the transformation into the leaders of tomorrow whilst they support and engage their people.
You'll be able to tell us about your experience of influencing middle and senior management as well as demonstrate a tenacious, driven approach to managing change within business.
