Sales Executive - HR Support Services

Do you have the skills to help us identify and support organisations (small and large) with their HR, recruitment and team building initiatives?  Thorn SDS promotes psychometric profiling to support these activities and we are seeking a highly driven Sales Executive to help us establish a wider client base

To be successful in this role you should be comfortable in opening doors, making new appointments, managing your schedule and closing deals, whilst also having the communication and people skills to engage and develop effective relationships with clients. You should also have the mindset that once a client is “engaged” your job is mainly done and it is time to find new clients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential new clients for our psychometric profiling service
  • Promote our services to key stakeholders within these businesses
  • Generate and expand revenue from new business sales with new clients
  • Build and develop multipoint relationships with key contacts
  • Close profitable deals

Profile

We would expect the successful candidate to have experience in working in or around HR and Recruitment Services and to have a genuine interest in psychometric profiling. A track record in successfully selling products and services to new clients is highly desirable.

You will be based out of Alton, Hampshire but will be expected to travel to see clients so should be able to drive and hold a full, clean UK licence. You will also need security clearance checks due to the nature of some of our clients.
