Working as part of a small HR team, as HR Advisor you will support the HR Business Partner, and also help support and develop the HR Administrator. The role is based in Wolverhampton. Salary up to £35k + Benefits.
As HR Advisor you will work closely with Managers coaching, advising and guiding through employee relations, and reviewing, updating and implementing new policies. You will also support more robust recruitment processes, on-boarding and inductions. You will prepare HR MI, to utilise.
As an experienced HR Advisor you will have worked within an Engineering/ Manufacturing environment. You will be keen to secure a role where you can influence and develop the HR service to the organisation. CIPD Level 5 required.
