You will be part of The WaterAid UK People team playing a critical role in helping WaterAid realise its goals by. We work with managers across the organisation to support great people management and to create a high performing environment by attracting, selecting and developing the best talent.

This is a full time, permanent position, offering flexible working.

As our creative and collaborative UK Recruitment Partner you will lead the successful delivery of an end-to-end recruitment and selection process to enable WaterAid UK to attract, select and recruit the best talent.

In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across WaterAid UK to understand organisational recruitment needs and build tailored resourcing solutions and ensure first class candidate and hiring manager experience.

You'll also:
* Plan recruitment campaigns and approach with hiring managers including designing effective innovative attraction and selection solutions which are timely and cost effective;
* Lead, co-ordinate and participate in senior roles resourcing plans, including advising on shortlisting, headhunting, psychometric testing;
* Champion and creatively elevate our employer brand through social media platforms, third party suppliers/ contracts and internal experts;
* Monitor recruitment effectiveness and provide insight and data analytics on recruitment/market trends, identifying opportunities and challenges that may impact on our resourcing and people strategies;
* Coach managers at all levels and lead on the delivery of recruitment training in the UK to build manager capability.

To be successful, you'll need:
* A strong track record of working successfully within a busy recruitment environment providing timely, high quality and tailored solutions to managers, from designing and implementing innovative attraction and selection methods through to driving best practice and excellence;
* Previous experience of managing in-house recruitment campaigns at a similar level and understanding of the charity sector;
* Proven ability to influence, negotiate and develop true 'partnership' relationships with internal and external stakeholder at all levels;
* Motivated and solutions focused to continuously develop our approaches to recruitment through being innovative, flexible and pro-active.

WaterAid is currently located at Durham Street, Vauxhall. However, we will be leaving our current location in the summer of 2020. The new location is to be confirmed but will be within zone 1-2 in London. The recruiting line manager will discuss this with you at the interview stage.
