What is the role?

We are looking for a generalist HR Assistant to provide an exceptional administration service to the HR team. In this varied role your key responsibilities will include providing administrative assistance in line with current employment legislation, producing accurate documentation & reports, maintaining the HR database & filing systems, producing HR reports, handling payroll queries and undertaking projects.

Who is the business?

A market leader in their niche services business sector they are undergoing transformational change. They are a multi-sited, forward-thinking business, operating within a fast paced, exciting and constantly growing sector. The role will be based in Cheshire/South Manchester with some travel to other sites.

Who are they looking for?

You will have proven experience in a HR administrative role alongside excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. We are looking for an ambitious self-starter looking to develop their HR career further. CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards this is desirable. Applicants must hold a full driving licence.
