We are supporting a successful, international business with the recruitment of a well-rounded HR Business Partner to join their busy, vibrant team in the city. Working closely with senior leaders across enabling functions including Finance and IT this varied role will give regular exposure to board level directors as it looks to add value across the spectrum of talent, learning, change, organisational effectiveness, reward and engagement.

You will lead the delivery of the HR strategic and operational objectives to drive a high-performance culture and will work pro-actively to understand the business agenda and link activities around talent, development, performance management and reward etc to push forward its achievement. Reporting to the CHRO and as part of a progressive HR team that is still relatively recently in place there will be scope to add value to key projects that drive continuous improvement alongside steering change initiatives.

The organisation has a real energy about it and this role would suit someone who is looking to forge ahead with their business partnering career as part of a vibrant, up-beat HR team. You are likely to be a CIPD qualified (or equivalent) HR Business Partner who has gained experience within a larger blue-chip organisation or a fast-paced mid-sized business with whom they have built a portfolio of generalist HR experience encompassing Talent and Change Management. You should be a confident communicator used to working with demanding board level stakeholders who will challenge you and expect resilience and constructive challenge in return. You should have a collaborative, pragmatic, open and engaging style that believes in and has the ability to use data and analytics to both influence and to inform and shape strategy and actions.
