The HR Business Partner role is pivotal to the running of the distribution centre. The role will be really operationally focused with ER, coaching and talent development being the key areas. the role supports a large population and will also involve some shift patterns due to the nature of the operation.
Profile
The HR Business Partner will need proven experience of ER and coaching, ideally from a fast-paced blue collar environment.
Job Offer
The HR Business Partner role comes with a competitive salary of up to £53,000 with bonuses making the package circa £60,000. The business develops its people and there are opportunities to really progress.
