Our client is an ambitious and well-established housing group with deep roots in their three heartland areas of Liverpool, St Helens and Warrington.


One of the largest landlords in the North West, they have 1,500 staff, manage more than 40,000 homes, support around than 64,000 customers and invest at least £5m a year into local communities and life changing causes.


They are currently seeking a HR Systems Coordinator (known internally as OD Operations Coordinator) to join their team based in Liverpool. The main purpose of this role is to support the HR operations team with the day to day management, development and delivery of OD systems, payroll administration, data collection and project administration. You’ll work collaboratively and in partnership with members of the team to achieve the project aims as well as general administration support.


You’ll support with the research and delivery of projects, support with reviewing and implementing new processes and procedures and work to identify innovative ways of working to provide an efficient service. You’ll also support with the identification of HR, financial and other policies, procedures and processes which require updating and support with the development of effective written procedures.


The successful candidate will have worked within a similar role previously and will have a passion for data, system and analysis. You’ll be a natural problem solver who can identify improvements and ideally has a successful track record in shaping and implementing systems, data and policy frameworks within a complex organisation. You’ll be highly organised, enabling you to plan and prioritise, take responsibility for your own workload and take ownership of issues.
