Description

As HR Manager you will:

* In conjunction with the HR community, liaise with internal and external specialist practitioners, implement HR Strategy, Policies & Procedures
* Keep up to date with current legislation and best practice
* Support the divisional business in understanding effective people management techniques
* Evaluate the divisional business needs and contribute to improving the business performance
* Work with divisional management to identify and mitigate risks of business plans in terms of employee relations
* Support line managers on organisational design and culture change issues so they meet the current and future requirements of the divisional business
* Encourage continuous improvement and innovative approaches within the divisional business
* Implement programmes to support the delivery of the divisional business objectives
* Monitor service provision and takes action when required to ensure continuous improvement
* Support the divisional business to enable it to manage health promotion and absence
* Take an active role in implementing wider HR projects


Profile

You will:

* Understand the sensitivities surrounding different individuals and adapt language, tone, style and content of communications appropriately
* Develop and manage productive relationships with stakeholders
* Manage and evaluate operational performance to achieve quality standards and encourage continuous improvement
* Evaluate performance against customers' quality requirements
* Commit to the business goals and find ways to get team members more involved toward accomplishing the business objectives
* Identify ways of adding value to existing and planned services and promote services to existing and potential clients
