Are you an experienced Administrator with excellent communication and influencing skills?

Key accountabilities/responsibilities include: Administration of all pay related changes on the HR IT system and external payroll system, ensuring that they are carried out accurately and in a timely manner with respect to payroll deadlines and pay queries. Working closely with HR Advisors and HR Business Partners to ensure that all letters, forms etc. are issued correctly and efficiently. Provision of excellent customer-service to recruits and employees, ensuring prompt and efficient responses to queries. Ensuring that HR working instructions/checklists/letters/forms are accurate and appropriate - spotting opportunities to simplify or improve.
