Are you a reward generalist looking for an interesting and varied contract? Well this initial 3-6 month contract could offer real variety at an exciting time to be with the business. Reporting into the Head of Reward this role can to an extent be shaped around the individual, whether they pick up an own certain key projects or take a share of the teams key reward cycle activity. What is important is that you bring a breadth of compensation and benefits experience and the adaptability to contribute across a range of topics. You should be able to compare different reward offerings and using your analytical skills make sound judgements, be able to contribute to the pulling together of RemCo papers and ideally bring some exposure to pensions.

Whilst the role is based in Guildford there is some scope to offer flexible working both in terms of remote working and adapted hours if desired, with realistically 2-3 days per week needed on site in Guildford. There is also scope to consider the role on either a fixed term employed basis or on a day rate interim contract.
