Head of Resourcing

A rare opportunity has arisen as Interim Head of Resourcing, 12 month FTC, up to £65k to shape this newly created role. Based in the Telford area.

Reporting into the HR Director, as Interim Head of Resourcing you will be responsible for evaluating the current recruitment offering and implementing improvements and efficiencies for the function. With responsibility for a team you will oversee the full recruitment cycle, building strong stakeholder relations, EVP, and on-boarding.

As a commercially driven Interim Head of Resourcing you will have demonstrable experience of implementing and improving a recruitment function. Expertise in sourcing niche skillsets, and hard to find roles is essential.
