Description

As Head of Reward you will:

* Provide recommendations on global reward (including Benefits) frame by assessing and analysing need of policy alignment, local regulation change and inputs
* Ensure that the strategic reward offering aligns to long term business priorities and drives attraction and engagement
* Provide expertise advice and assistance to Talent teams (by providing guidelines for the total reward package for moves)
* Monitor market positioning (Equity, CR, Gender Paygap)
* Ensure compliance with local legislation and regulations Process & Projects
* Lead regional reward projects, both locally defined and global, partnering effectively with HR teams to ensure smooth activation
* Manage local benefits policies
* In line with Group policy, design and review local Benefits policy
* Harmonise local benefits & providers at a regional level
* Responsible for the contract management of all third party C&B providers and accountable for the service level delivery of these providers
* Implement and administer country benefits program (Pensions, Health plan, Insurance, Fleet, wellness initiatives…)
* Lead process of job classification change for manager positions level and below
* Prepare job grade changes - submit and support grading committee at Global level
* Manage job grade changers
* Prepare package offers for new hires, internal promotions/transfers
* Build communication plan to enable engagement and understanding of all C&B packages/Total Reward Framework
* Ensure compliance with HMRC reporting requirements.
* Act as point of escalation for complex IM casework


Profile

You will have:

* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Willingness to play a "hands-on" role with key projects.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data driven decision making.
* Experience working with external compensation tools and other third party solution providers as well as negotiating with brokers and insurance carriers.
* Capacity to manage and drive the agenda
* Ability to build clarity out of complexity
* Knowledge of current global laws, regulations and procedures governing compensation and benefits
* Ability to manage confidentiality
* Ability to understand & interact with all HR functions


Job Offer

Salary up to £90,000 or day rate between £400-£500, immediate start
