I am pleased to be supporting this business with several opportunities. We are looking to appointment an HR Administrator. The role will support the HR team with a range of varied HR duties to help deliver a professional and efficient HR service to the business.

Duties will include:

·data administrator for the HR system
·maintaining organisation charts
·supporting the wider HR team with queries, correspondence, pay changes and absence monitoring and reporting
·administering and updating the performance management process
·maintaining HR statistics
·monthly HR Dashboard
·reporting on HR KPIs
·payroll duties
·managing personnel files
·reward administration duties
·supporting the recruitment process
·HR diary monitoring
·any additional HR duties as needed

The role would suit a graduate or graduate calibre candidate with some administration experience, ideally within HR, Recruitment or Payroll. You will have exceptional MS Office skills and will be highly organised and pro- active in your approach.
