I am currently working with a research institute based in central London to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator on a temp to perm basis.
I am looking for candidates with recruitment coordination experience including scheduling interviews and conducting pre-employment checks.
The main accountabilities held within this role will include:
- Ensure all pre-employment, reference & background checks are completed, this includes ensuring timely submission of candidates' screening and identity documentation, and monitoring completion; as well as completing audits and monitoring expiry.
- Organise interview schedules, including confirming panel availability, booking meetings rooms, inform Receptionist & British Library Security, manage catering requirements and produce interview packs, as well as meet and greet candidates.
- Create contracts and offer packs for employment of successful candidates.
- Raise purchase orders in relations to invoices raised for recruitment and core overhead costs.
