Your new company
An exciting new job opportunity for a Pension Administrator has become available, working for a globally recognised organisation in central Ipswich helping to support and deliver high standards of practice across the business.
Your new role
Working on your own initiative and as part of a team, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of service and support to a portfolio of clients. Whilst this list is not exhaustive, some of your duties will include:
* Effectively communicating with staff and clients
* Accurately performing individual member calculations
* Identifying areas where the service could be improved to ensure efficiency
* Assisting the team with project work when required
* Ensuring invoices are received and processed promptly
* Ensure that the correct complaints procedure is adhered to
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will have experience and knowledge of occupational pension scheme administration. You will also have strong communication skills and experience of engaging over the phone, email and in person. Further to this, you will be educated to GCSE standard with a minimum grade of a C or above for Maths and English as good written and verbal communication skills are of importance. Demonstration of being able to work on your own initiative and working under pressure are desirable.
