My client, a highly regarded education organisation, requires a commercial, flexible and professional HR Business Partner to bring their expertise to an extremely busy department.

Your role will be to assist in the provision of a comprehensive HR Business Partnering service, with a particular focus on Employee Relations, but also to take part in projects relating to Organisational Change and restructure.

You will be a proactive and credible relationship builder who is used to dealing with senior managers on issues that are potentially sensitive, and you must have experience of working within a similar role ideally within the Private Sector – you will be a very confident HR Business Partner able to hit the ground running.
