A global leader in the fuel industry are looking for an exceptional HR + Recruitment professional to join their team based in central London. Fortune 100 company providing aviation, marine and land energy, logistics, and technology solutions to customers and suppliers around the world.

Your new role
You will provide day to day support on a wide range of talent acquisition activity, ensuring talent is recruited as quickly and cost effectively as possible into the business. This will be achieved through understanding the person specification for each assigned role and developing optimal candidate sourcing strategies. Partnering with senior stakeholders to obtain an in-depth understanding of their customer groups and the recruitment considerations associated with them.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a strong interest in recruitment in addition to the wider HR function. You will have gained exposure working within a recruitment coordination/administration role and experience of screening applications and coordinating interviews. You must also have strong analytical skills attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
