Your new company
A public sector education organisation, based in Derby. Offering vocational education for school leavers across multiple campuses across Derbyshire.

Your new role
You will be reporting directly to the HR Manager and HR Business Partners, to support the team with HR administrative tasks and employee relations cases. As a key member of the human resources team you will be expected to manage and deliver an excellent cross-organisation ER service demonstrating clear value added to all stake holders. You will also assist in the administration and co-ordination of resourcing and recruitment activity.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need 1+ year direct HR experience, ideally with direct exposure to employee relations cases. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, together with a positive, professional manner and the ability to deal tactfully and confidently with people at all levels. Given the nature of this role, excellent attention to detail is critical as is the ability to prioritise work effectively and to meet deadlines through strong self-management.
