Permanent Training Officer job in central Norwich

Your new company
We are seeking an experienced Training Officer for a newly created role, working for a professional services firm in central Norwich.

Your new role
Reporting into the HR Manager this role is responsible for delivering a proactive Training service to the business, assisting with the progression and coordination of a range of learning and development initiatives.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing a professional service to Managers through best practice advice and guidance on Training interventions.
- Source and assess suitability of training courses, suppliers and costs in accordance with Company and regulatory requirements.
- Support development of competency frameworks and maintenance of the Content Management System (CMS).

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate requires a good understanding of the L&D lifecycle and be comfortable in delivering training sessions. You will have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills coupled with a positive and professional approach to your work.
