Your new role
An exciting opportunity for a HR generalist to join our clients growing Wimbledon based HR team.
In the role of HR Advisor you will be working with HR Managers and the wider HR team to support the day-to-day HR needs of the organisation. You will be the first point of contact for a number of HR interventions - whether that is supporting a manager on an ER issue or helping an employee through their maternity leave process and forms. This is a full employee lifecycle position.

The growth our client is experiencing within their organisation means you will have plenty of opportunity to be involved in HR projects (and sometimes lead projects) that realign their HR service delivery with the changing needs of their key stakeholders.

You can expect to work on projects around:


* HR policy, systems and procedure improvements and efficiencies
* Culture development
* Diversity and inclusion
* Organisational change and restructuring
* Talent Management
* Graduate and trainee recruitment and management


What you'll need to succeed
To be a success in this role you will need to have a proactive and solution focused approach. As key part of this position will be seeking opportunities to streamline the way they do things and improve the service they deliver to their people right across the organisation. A must as they continue to grow.
The HR team prides itself on providing a high-quality service so you will need to be someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in and really get to know the business. This is a great opportunity for someone with HR Advisory experience ideally within the professional services sector who wants to grow within an expanding position.
