PERMANENT, WHOLE TIME, 37 HOURS PER WEEK

NJC SCP RANGE: SCP 31 – 34 (£33,799 - £36,876) (HR ADVISOR)
SCP 40 – 43 (£42,683 - £45,591) (SENIOR HR ADVISOR)
(Currently undertaking a job evaluation process)
(Regular travel across the Academies will be required)
Base: North Shore Academy, Talbot Street, Stockton on Tees, TS20 2AY
Please note term time only working will be considered.
The Trust sponsors 21 academies; 10 secondary and 11 primaries across the North of England in eleven Local authority regions. There will be a requirement to travel to academies across the Trust.
We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and suitably experienced individual for the above key positions within the Trust. We need either a HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor dependent on experience. We will only be appointing to one of these roles. The ideal candidate will be a talented and innovative HR professional who can deliver a professional HR service to senior leaders across the Trust, supporting them to secure positive outcomes for our students. You will take a proactive role in assisting senior leaders with their HR needs and problems through case and project management, including grievance, discipline, capability, restructures and attendance management.
You will be CIPD qualified and be focused on providing effective business solutions for the real challenges that leaders face. You will be able to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels to offer education focussed solutions, putting students at the heart of all decision making. For the Senior HR Advisor role it is essential to have experience of working in the education sector.

Holiday entitlement is 30 days per year plus bank holidays (September to August). All other conditions are NJC conditions. Service with a body listed on the redundancy modification order will be recognised for continuous service purposes.
