HR Officer - Financial Services - London - Permanent

Your new company
A great new HR Officer role has arisen working for a global Financial Services firm based in Central London. In this role, you'll be reporting into the Head of Human Resources.

Your new role
In your new HR Officer role, you will be responsible for assisting with the end-to-end recruitment function, liaising with recruitment agencies, managing the ATS and coordinating interviews. Furthermore, you'll be administering company benefits, championing Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, facilitating induction sessions, contributing to HR projects and liaising with payroll.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll be an established HR professional, preferably with experience gained within financial services. You'll have gained extensive knowledge of HR policy and procedure, have administered a variety of aspects throughout the employee lifecycle and ideally gained your CIPD Level 3. Ideally, you'll have also secured your degree in an HR-related subject.
