HR Advisor

Are you an experienced HR Advisor, up to £35k, looking for an opportunity to work with an energetic, progressive Head of HR within this successful SME. Based in Lichfield.

Reporting into the Head of HR, as HR Advisor you will work with Managers across the organisation providing advice and guidance across a range of employee relations areas including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and long-term sickness. You will lead around the review and update of current HR policies and procedures. As the role develops it will encompass Employee Engagement and reviewing and updating the Reward offering.

With strong employee relations experience, as HR Advisor you will be looking for an opportunity in which you can develop and influence the HR approach. Monthly travel to other sites will be a necessity.
