You'll be joining an established and respected HR team, managing all aspects of their HR technology, data, reporting and analytics. It's not just about managing and reporting the data - it's doing something with it, so you'll need to translate it to meaningful insights - working with your HR colleagues to help them turn your insights into actions.

This role won't just be about the BAU, you'll get involved in a heap of different projects whether it be implementing new modules into the current HRIS or gender pay gap reporting - you'll get to flex your analytical muscles in a variety of ways.
