Job Details

An international intergovernmental agency is looking to recruit an HR Officer. They are looking for someone to provide operational HR support to a busy team.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality and efficient HR operations support in areas such as HR policy and advice, induction processes, performance management and payroll
  • Provide high quality first and second line HR advice
  • Help with the delivery of induction programmes for new starters
  • Run reports for HR management from the HR information system and make extensive use of HR metrics and data
  • Ensure all HR policies and processes are up to date and adhered to
  • Support managers on planned and ad hoc HR projects and contribute to the further development of the HR function

Qualifications/experience required

  • Experience working for an international organisation (Preferable)
  • CIPD Qualified
  • Experience of booking flights for staff (Preferable)
  • Flexible approach to work and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Great communications skills
