HR Advisor - Investment Management - £40,000-£50,000 - Central London

Your new company
An exciting HR Advisor role has arisen working for a large UK-based Investment Management firm, working in the stunning Central London office. In this role you'll be working in a small team reporting into the Head of HR.

Your new role
In your new HR Advisor role, you'll be working in a full generalist capacity, responsible for overseeing a variety of functions across the employee lifecycle. Specifically, you'll be involved in: overseeing the end-to-end recruitment function, liaising with agencies and putting together a PSL; acting as the first point of contact for any Employee Relations cases including grievance, disciplinary, and performance management issues; coordinating Learning & Development initiatives; full-scale, comprehensive HR administration duties.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new HR Advisor role, you'll be an established HR professional, who preferably has worked in a small team where you've developed your generalist experience. You'll have a good understanding of Employee Relations, experience advising senior stakeholders around company policy and procedure, a strong grasp on the end-to-end recruitment function and have coordinated L&D initiatives. Importantly, you'll have a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude and be able to pick up high volume HR administration.
