Job description:

 

Fyte HR are excited to be working with this leading brand to recruit a new Regional Learning Partner, South West as they undergo a period of transformation in their approach to learning across the business. The Regional Learning Partner is responsible for partnering with the Regional Manager to ensure learning priorities within their regional are met, contributing to the design and content of a business wide Regional Training Calendar and for ensuring that it is delivered effectively across the South West.

 

 

 

Key responsibilities will include:

 

 

 

Working with the L&D Manager, Divisional HR Business Partners and Regional Operational Senior Managers to agree the contents and timing of the Regional Training agenda and calendar to maximise commercial performance and meet future growth requirements

 

Communicating the regional training plan to the above parties on an on-going basis covering new starters, apprentices and experienced depot colleagues

 

Delivering the regional training plan, being suitably responsive to any changes as a result of the Region’s specific business needs/priorities            

 

Carrying out effective post training interventions to measure the added value of training delivered within the Region

 

Providing accurate and regular reporting to key stakeholders, on the effectiveness of the Regional Training Plan to ensure it continues to deliver against agreed outcomes

 

Actively build and maintain excellent relationships across the learning and development and wider HR function to ensure that all training materials content remain up-to-date, relevant, aligned to and fit for evolving purpose

 

Actively build and maintain excellent relationships across the Region by demonstrating personal professional conduct, providing quality training and on-going support

 

Using the data and reporting to identify areas and/or depots to make recommendations for prioritised development needs and required support
