Job Details
Day to day duties:
*Take the lead on developing an organisation-wide training programme for the replacement of the current SAP ECC system with S/4 HANA
*Work with the wider programme team to understand optimum deployment structure for training
*Create the training approach for the programme including training objectives, timelines, types of training to be delivered and roles and responsibilities
*Conduct training needs analysis considering user group and type of training to be delivered
*Manage the creation of training materials that meets the business's needs
*Deliver the training material globally across a number of different regions and teams
*Custodian of the global training methodology and coaching regional change and training teams on the delivery of training
*To create soft skills training for trainers and deliver train the trainer content
*Ensure all training meets the needs of the business, within the parameters of cost, timescales, and quality
Essential Criteria
*Proven experience in a training Role, (ideally SAP) demonstrating the ability to develop and deliver content
*Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
*Experience working with transformation programmes
*Evaluating performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance
*Proven ability to deliver personally and to lead and manage others to do the same
