A well respected brand operating within the private sector.


Key responsibilities include:

* Working seamlessly across department or team boundaries in a collaborative and constructive manner to achieve the organisations aims.
* Building an effective professional relationship with line managers within the geographical area assigned that enables a supportive yet challenging approach to dealing with employment issues for the overall benefit of the organisation.

* Providing a proactive HR service that focuses on preventative measures and early interventions.

* Coaching managers to focus on building high performing teams; operating effective performance management techniques on a daily basis.

* Contributing as part of an operational management team on any organisational change proposals to ensure the proposals are best for the organisation and the implementation successful.

* Liaising with colleagues in organisational development, design and deliver HR policy and guidance training programmes to improve the knowledge base of line managers within the organisation.


As the successful candidate you will:

* Be a Qualified CIPD (Graduate or Member)

* Demonstrate proven experience in a similar capacity within the private sector.

* Offer significant generalist experience gained within a similar role.

* Possess exceptional organisational and communication skills.

* Show good business acumen and commerciality.

* Have proven business partnership capabilities and solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application.

* Be experienced in developing and supporting line managers through change.

* Be highly credible and able to quickly build effective working relationships, engaging and influencing at a senior stakeholder level.

Job Offer

Basic salary of up to £40,000 plus benefits.
