Job Details

A prestigious nongovernmental organisation focused on foreign affairs in London are recruiting a Recruitment Lead on a 12-month Fixed Term basis. They are looking for someone to deliver a comprehensive recruitment service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on talent attraction campaigns
  • Lead on end to end recruitment
  • Review the recruitment strategy and ensure that it meets the organsiations needs
  • Use your initiative to use interesting and creative ways to attract and source candidates
  • Carry out stakeholder management of managers in the organisation to ensure best recruitment practice is adhered to
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on the creation and review of job description
  • Manage the ATS

Qualifications/experience required

  • Excellent recruitment skills and a proven ability of using a wide range of talent attraction techniques
  • Experience of building up a recruitment function
  • Strong stakeholder management and a willingness to engage across the organization and buy into its core values
  • High level of organisation skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Great communication and literacy skills
  • The ability to liaise with senior employees and challenge them where necessary on recruitment issues
