Job Details
A prestigious nongovernmental organisation focused on foreign affairs in London are recruiting a Recruitment Lead on a 12-month Fixed Term basis. They are looking for someone to deliver a comprehensive recruitment service.
Responsibilities
- Lead on talent attraction campaigns
- Lead on end to end recruitment
- Review the recruitment strategy and ensure that it meets the organsiations needs
- Use your initiative to use interesting and creative ways to attract and source candidates
- Carry out stakeholder management of managers in the organisation to ensure best recruitment practice is adhered to
- Provide guidance and support to managers on the creation and review of job description
- Manage the ATS
Qualifications/experience required
- Excellent recruitment skills and a proven ability of using a wide range of talent attraction techniques
- Experience of building up a recruitment function
- Strong stakeholder management and a willingness to engage across the organization and buy into its core values
- High level of organisation skills and the ability to prioritize
- Great communication and literacy skills
- The ability to liaise with senior employees and challenge them where necessary on recruitment issues
