Interim HR Business Partner

Interim HR Business Partner required initially for 3 months to support a significant change and transformation programme within a private sector 2nd tier gov supplier You will be partnering a defined group of stakeholders and will develop a number of HR work streams within a wider organisational change programmes.

You will be an experienced Business Partner who is a true enabler. You will enjoy supporting org development programmes to enable business objective delivery and success. You will form strong long lasting relationships and be able to challenge the norms of existing thinking with pragmatic HR interventions.


If you are able to start immediately and have been a HR Business Partner in a moderately complex organisation where you have exposure to 3rd party, outsourced, gov, civil, defence, industry roles then please contact immediately. You must be able to demonstrate excellent generalist HR knowledge and the ability to build and foster relationships whilst also showing excellent commercialism.
