Job Details
Description
With responsibility for the full range of HR activities including workforce planning and recruitment you will support managers in dealing with staffing issues effectively and implementing process improvements to enhance the service we provide. You will be a key member of our busy, solution focused HR team, working colleagues across the service on both "business as usual" and service wide HR strategic initiatives. You may also be working on major change programmes, supporting the introduction of new ways of working.
Profile
The ideal candidate will be a CIPD (Level 7) qualified HR Professional who is experienced and confident to step straight into a busy team by being able to hit the ground running with full range of generalist demands and activity.
