Interim Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Manager
My client, a local authority in London is seeking an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join their team on an interim basis for 3 to 6 months.
In this role, the post holder will be responsible for recognising and implementing plans to promote diversity within the council.
The ideal candidate must have experience of building sound, working knowledge of current EDI developments and emerging best practice nationally.
During this project, this Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager must manage the implementation of a new corporate EDI strategy across the organisation.
The post holder must also have experience building and maintaining relationships with managers and staff at all levels within the organisation.
