Your new role

You will be working in a temp role which is due to last for two months as a HR Assistant. You will be dealing with general enquiries within the HR department and supporting the more senior team HR team by providing a full recruitment service, arranging assessment centres and interviews.

You will be responsible for preparation of offer letters, contracts of employment and will be required to follow up with probation and appraisal to ensure these processes are followed out in the required timescale. You will need to make sure that the HR system is kept up to date for all new starters, changes and leavers. You will be inputting data related to timesheets, sickness absence, annual leave and any other data. There will be a requirement to take minutes at meetings which include investigations and hearings. Various other HR duties will be included within this role.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, ideally you will have worked within a recruitment environment before and have strong administration skills. This role is due to last for two months therefore you will need to be available for the entire of the assignment. Experience within recruitment and HR is necessary as this will be a big part of your role.
