Job Details
Description
* Partnering with the HR BPs and senior stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and work with them to provide a seamless recruitment service on both sides
* Be creative with recruitment processes to ensure you attract the best talent in the market
* Promoting the company brand both internally and externally from a recruitment perspective
* Manage the recruitment system
* Provide hands on, operational recruitment service
* Stay updated in the market about key recruitment strategies and insights
* Work with agencies and internal teams to recruit
Profile
* You will have worked in a similar professional services environment, ideally FS
* You will have a proven track record of working with and influencing senior stakeholders
* You will have the ability to work with different stakeholders and adapt your approach
* You will have a great track record of sourcing candidates directly and through agency
* You will ideally be able to utilise candidate tracking systems
Job Offer
* c£42,500 per annum salary
