You will provide an expert, agile, professional and effective end-to-end recruitment solution, recruiting directly as much as possible.

This hands-on role will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing to onboarding - managing candidates' and hiring managers' expectations, providing updates and feedback, and supporting candidates with pre-employment checks.

You will also;

* Develop numerous assessment and selection tools to support the diverse variety of roles and disciplines you will recruit for.
* Provide consistent and pragmatic advice, guidance and support on all recruitment, attraction and selection matters
* Create attraction campaigns which align to core values and attract the very best talent
* Maintain and develop the Applicant Tracking System
* Develop relationships with schools, colleges, universities, training providers and charities
* Manage the employee candidate referral scheme
* Help develop the employer value proposition
* Promote the organisation as an employer of choice

Suitable applicants will have solid in-house recruitment experience and demonstrable achievements in executing the full end to end recruitment process, gained within a busy, operational, multi-site business. You will also have excellent knowledge of direct attraction channels and proactive sourcing techniques.

If you are looking for a challenging, hands-on role, are career driven and can demonstrate the above capabilities, we would love to hear from you.
