Job Details

We are recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner for 12 month fixed term contract for a commercially focused non-profit organisation based in south east London. 

Responsibilities

  • Act as No.2 to the Head of HR
  • Work on a major restructure, affecting circa 90 staff involving collective consultation
  • Act as HR Business Partner to a service area
  • Review and re-procure the temporary workers contract
  • Review and re-procure the occupational health contract
  • Management responsibility for 3 HR Advisors
  • Work with demanding and commercially focused senior Directors to provide quick and thorough support
