Job Details
We are recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner for 12 month fixed term contract for a commercially focused non-profit organisation based in south east London.
Responsibilities
- Act as No.2 to the Head of HR
- Work on a major restructure, affecting circa 90 staff involving collective consultation
- Act as HR Business Partner to a service area
- Review and re-procure the temporary workers contract
- Review and re-procure the occupational health contract
- Management responsibility for 3 HR Advisors
- Work with demanding and commercially focused senior Directors to provide quick and thorough support
