Our client is an established, growing and diverse regional business which is proud to be a Sunday Times Top 100 employer with a Silver Investors in People accreditation.  Regulated by the Regulator for Social Housing and the Care Quality Commission, they operate in competitive employment markets where attracting and sourcing talented people, particularly into care and technical roles, requires ever smarter approaches.
This is a brand-new opportunity combining the transactional aspects of coordinating recruitment campaigns with a more strategic and creative approach to attracting, sourcing, assessing and on-boarding high performing people.  Key aspects of the role include but aren’t limited to:
developing a pipeline of entry level talent which brings natural resilience and succession planning potential
leading their employment brand initiatives, evaluating and improving their approaches to attraction and selection and associated processes
working closely with hiring managers to find their perfect match of skills, expertise and cultural fit
achieving a brilliant candidate and hiring manager experience
You might be emerging from a completely transactional role, looking to make effective use of your resourcing knowledge, skills and expertise in a more strategic role, or looking to bring your well-honed recruitment specialism into an organisation where you’ll have the chance to shine.
You’ll be passionate about making a significant difference to how they successfully recruit and retain enthusiastic people who achieve great teamwork, believe in delivering caring services to their customers and enjoy the family feel they’ve enjoyed for the last 56 years.
