Following a period of change and growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Project Manager to join the University, driving the delivery of the strategic people priorities.

As HR Project Manager, you will be required to deliver the people elements of the move of London College of Fashion from 6 sites across London to a new site in Stratford in 2022. As part of the wider HR team, the HR Project Manager will support the development of effective project governance ensuring it is applied consistently and delivered successfully.

Working collaboratively with the wider HR team, you may also be deployed to work across other projects to support delivery.

Your profile 

You will bring experience of supporting projects of all sizes and have experience of working in a large matrix structure, specifically working in a multi-layered HR team.

You will have experience of working on similar large complex projects and will be responsible for delivering key elements of the work streams, including organisational design, staff development, staff engagement and consultation, and staff wellbeing.

You will be able to adapt your communication effectively to reach a diverse audience in an inclusive and accessible way and understand the importance of doing so sensitively.
