Your new role
This role is the sole Recruitment Specialist for the business, working within the HR team.
You will be the "Expert" for the Senior Leadership Team and Hiring Managers with regards to advising on recruitment methodologies & processes and attraction methods. Also you will be involved in developing a "pipeline" for the business' future growth and staff development. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in Recruitment Events, representing the business at networking events and through producing articles about the business and recruitment within it, to the wider business community.
This is very hands on and involved role dealing with everything from writing JDs, adverts, CV sifting, telephone interviews, face to face interviews, selection, onboarding and being the "Advisory Expert" for Hiring Managers.
You will have new IT tools to assist you in your role from a newly developed Candidate Management System and a improving HR system.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a solid background in Internal Recruitment - but also be able to demonstrate a real passion and drive for this role to ensure that the company is hiring and developing the right staff to take their business further forward.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills need to be demonstrated for this high profile role.
