Our recent amazing CQC result has seen us achieve an overall Good across the Trust with Outstanding for Urgent & Emergency care and Outstanding for Caring. So now the way forward is clear. • Establish a framework and methodology for SECAmb’s organisation design that enables the achievement of the vision, mission and organisational strategy and drives effectiveness and efficiency
  • Oversee the effective implementation of the Culture Change Programme and the transfer from programme to business as usual
  • Lead the development and implementation of Apprenticeships across the Trust (excluding Clinical Education), maximising funding opportunities from the Apprenticeship Levy

Key criteria:

  • An experienced practitioner with real depth and breadth and influence
  • Led and managed similar functions in large and complex organisations, with expertise in L&D and OD
  • Be comfortable working at the most senior levels in the organisation, building and embedding culture change and ensuring delivery of best practice interventions

WE ARE CHANGEMAKERS

Picture the scene. It’s 2015. A young(ish) Pete Marshall, top of his recruitment game, a top performer. But something didn’t feel right, something had to change.

A move to another agency or a career change wasn’t going to cut it. Pete needed more. Having always wanted to run his own business, now was the time to launch a new consultancy – a consultancy that listened, that was honest, that delivered a contemporary approach to recruitment for today’s businesses, emerging talent and consultants. Not the same old, same old.

And so MLC was established to not only be a recruitment partner of choice but to change the face and reputation of the recruitment industry.

2022 saw MLC undergo a change of its own with the introduction of Angharad Kenward as Co-CEO – energetic, ambitious, a true recruitment nerd. Pete had met his match.

Now, almost 10 years on, MLC is an award-winning agency for the public and private sector, 20 people strong and growing. We may look different from the MLC of 2015, but our commitment to building a business around our people, driving change and exceeding expectations remains the same.
