Our client has a global presence and is highly prestigious within their industry. This role sits within their friendly and supportive HR team and is based at their impressive Kent office.


Description

As HR Advisor you will work closely with the HR manager to provide comprehensive support in all areas of HR. You will be the first point of contact for staff and managers and will provide advice and guidance on policies and procedures, taking the lead on basic ER cases.

As you will be working in a small team, you will be required to provide administrative support relating to all stages of the employee life-cycle and recruitment process.

You will also provide support on a system implementation project, trainer users and supporting on the roll out.


Profile

You will have a generalist background with some advisory experience and will be able to manage basic ER cases in areas such as sickness and absence.

Ideally you will have been involved in a systems implementation project or will have trained users on a new system.

A flexible approach and a professional demeanour are vital as well as great communication skills.
