Description
The Talent & Development Manager will:
- Be a specialist operator with extensive experience operating in a talent/OD role and will have proven deliverables on their CV
- Designing and delivering a Women in Leadership Program would be beneficial
- Own engagement measurement and initiatives
- Drive Diversity and in particular Inclusion initiatives including Mental Health in the workplace
- Design and deliver a High potential program that is fit for purpose
- Own Health & Wellbeing across the group and business partner with the wider HR function to deliver interventions
- Review and improve Induction Program for Leaders across the UK exec
Profile
Successful CV's must clearly demonstrate current experience of delivering the majority of programs outlined, ideally with measurables and commercials. Unfortunately candidates from a pure L&D background without highlighting the above will not be assessed for next stage so please make sure your CV details all of your experience.
