The Royal Opera House (ROH) aims to reach and delight as many people with ballet and opera as we can – sparking passions, nurturing talent, creating, crafting and performing and inspiring others to do the same.

Home to two of the world’s great artistic companies – The Royal Opera and The Royal Ballet, performing with the Orchestra of the Royal Opera House – we bring together the arts at their very best.

We want many more people to enjoy and engage in exceptional ballet and opera, and have developed our 2017-2022 Plan to support us in this aim.

We are now seeking to appoint a new Human Resources Director to help us to achieve our ambitions. The new Director will be an inspiring and dynamic human resources professional, with experience of leading successful organizational change and development at a senior level across a complex organisation. Candidates will also need to demonstrate the capacity to translate their experience into this world-leading and highly professional artistic environment, with the personal credibility to build effective relationships across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and a clear commitment to the ROH’s mission and activity.

Location: London. Salary: Competitive.
