The appointment will be on UCL Grade 7. The salary range will be £35,965 - £43,470 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the establishment and development of UCLs on-site recruitment agency which will provide temporary staffing recruitment solutions across UCL.

The role of Unitemps Recruitment Consultant will allow you to make a real impact and develop your career in a highly supportive environment. The primary responsibility of this role is to liaise with key stakeholders including hiring managers and students to discuss recruitment needs, advertise vacancies, shortlist and interview candidates. You will contribute to the success of the branch and provide an excellent level of customer service. 

You will report into the Unitemps Branch Manager.

To be successful in this role, you will have a sound understanding of the recruitment market, with proven experience in business development. You will demonstrate proven experience of succeeding in a fast paced recruitment environment with excellent communication and organisational skills.  A proven record in achieving recruitment sales targets, and identifying and acting upon new sales and marketing opportunities is an essential requirement.
