A UK leading expert in their field are looking for a permanent Learning and Development Manager to join their organisation. They are passionate about their people, solving problems and finding results.

Your new role
As the L&D Manager/ Head of Learning and Development you will report into the HR Director and will be responsible for the delivery of a flexible and credible learning and development service.

* Implementing the L&D strategy and linking it to the L&D initiatives.
* Managing the L&D budget
* Designing, developing and delivering innovative training courses

What you'll need to succeed
You must have:

* Experience as a Learning and Development Manager/ Head of L&D
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
* Experience implementing strategy
* Experience of apprentice programmes
* Ability to deliver management and leadership training
