Your new role
As the HR Manager you will report into the HR Director and be responsible for managing and guiding the HR team. This is a true generalist HR Manager role assisting with the HR strategy of the company.
You will be responsible for:

* All areas of HR including recruitment +selection, employee relations, reward, change management, organisational design and equality & diversity
* Leading and motivating the HR team whilst managing any complex issues
* Main point of contact for key HR project
* Coaching and influencing the Senior HR team
* The HR projects will include employee engagement, succession planning, talent management and wellbeing initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

* You must have experience as a HR manager in a true generalist HR role
* Have previous experience managing a team
* Degree level or equivalent
* CIPD qualified or equivalent
