People and Culture Manager

Would you like an opportunity to work for a growing SME, based in Birmingham, up to £55k as People and Culture Manager? If so, my client is seeking an energetic, personable HR professional to join them.

Reporting into the Senior Management team, you will lead a team in both Birmingham, and an International site. You will develop the People and Culture strategy, and manage HR projects. This includes identifying and implementing a new HRIS, a new Performance Management System, designing and implementing a Graduate Scheme, amongst others.

As an experienced HR professional you will have a proven track record of providing commercial and pragmatic solutions. You will have drive and passion to deliver HR well within an entrepreneurial environment.
