That's what you want to be doing, right?
Not the day to day BAU, or a mat cover where you don't feel you can change anything.
You want to be in the core of a significant organisational change programme, and then you'll be happy as Larry.
In the land of HR we're all used to having to work confidentially, so you'll appreciate the limited detail here, but in short, this is a business going through significant change and needs a HR Change expert to support them through this journey.
This role is all about leading on the M&A activity from an HR perspective - the systems, the payroll, the consultations, the restructures, the TUPEs, the due diligence…
So we need the voice of experience here - someone who can bring the project management tools needed to lead this kind of change. All, of course, with the ability to challenge, influence, guide and support colleagues, balancing the needs of the business with the needs of their people.
